Balmoral Court is a care home registered to provide care for 99 residents across six different areas.

We support adults over 18 years of age with mental health diagnosis, behaviours that may challenge, physical disabilities, and those undergoing drug and alcohol rehabilitation. The home includes male-only and female-only areas, along with mixed areas offering palliative care, support for high-functioning individuals, younger adults, and those with more complex dependencies. We have excellent relationships with community teams who we work in partnership with to ensure that the people that we support have the best possible care package.

Our staff are highly trained in dementia care, mental health, and diffusion/distraction techniques, creating personalised care packages that help residents live fulfilling lives. In addition to the comprehensive care provided within the home, residents are encouraged and supported to maintain their independence and life skills and have access to nearby allotments within walking distance, allowing residents to enjoy outdoor activities. Pet therapy is an integral part of care, with regular visits from animals and the presence of our in-house cat, hens, and guinea pigs.
